In the text, Zhang Jun pointed out that he and many senior blue camp councilors had been suppressed and slandered by Fu Kun-chi, ultimately being forced to leave the Kuomintang. He believes that since Fu Kun-chi took over as the Legislative Yuan caucus leader, the influence of the Kuomintang has shown a significant decline. He emphasized, "The Kuomintang must cut ties with Fu Kun-chi to avoid being marginalized and becoming increasingly distant from the people, leading to the decision to recall."
He stated that the Kuomintang faces unprecedented challenges, and many outstanding party legislators are facing the crisis of being recalled due to Fu Kun-chi's influence, which worries every party member. He emphasized: "We oppose the large-scale recall, but support the recall of Fu Kun-chi.
