Today the weather across Taiwan has become comfortable and warm. With changes in wind direction, there are occasional short bursts of rain in the eastern half and mountainous areas, while the northern flatland may see sporadic light rain. Daytime high temperatures will range from 27 to 29 degrees in the north and 24 to 26 degrees in the east, with nighttime lows expected between 17 and 21 degrees. Air quality in some areas is rated as "normal," while others are under "orange alert." Tomorrow, there will be more localized short bursts of rain, and on Wednesday and Thursday, a front will approach, increasing the likelihood of rainfall. Temperatures across the island will be between 18 and 30 degrees.

Today (7th), with the change in wind direction, the weather across Taiwan is generally more comfortable and warm. The Central Weather Bureau stated that today the wind direction has shifted to an easterly to southeasterly wind, with sporadic brief showers in the eastern half of the region, the Hengchun Peninsula, and the mountainous areas in the western half. Among these, the afternoon rain probability in the western mountainous areas is higher, while other areas are mostly cloudy to sunny, with occasional light brief rain in the northern plains.

The weather bureau pointed out that the daytime temperature in the north has significantly increased, with highs in the western half reaching 27 to 29 degrees, about 24 to 26 degrees in the eastern half, and nighttime low temperatures across the country ranging from 17 to 21 degrees. In terms of the outlying islands, Penghu has temperatures between 21 to 24 degrees; Kinmen is 15 to 26 degrees; and Matsu ranges from 14 to 19 degrees.

In terms of air quality, the air index in Zhumei, Yilan, and Hualien-Taitung regions is rated as "moderate"; while the northern, central, Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan, and Kaohsiung-Pingtung areas, as well as Matsu, Kinmen, and Penghu are rated as "orange alert."

Looking ahead to Tuesday, sporadic brief showers are still expected in the mountainous areas of the western half, the eastern half, and the Hengchun Peninsula. The northern regions may also experience light brief rain, while other areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny. The forecasted temperatures for the north are between 17 to 28 degrees, for the central region 18 to 30 degrees, for the south 21 to 31 degrees, for the northeast 17 to 25 degrees, and for Hualien 19 to 25 degrees, and Taitung 20 to 26 degrees.

On Wednesday, as a frontal system approaches, the weather will remain stable in the morning, but the north will turn to localized brief showers or thunderstorms. The central and southern mountainous areas will also gradually experience localized brief rain or thunderstorms. From Wednesday night to Thursday, as the front passes through, there may be brief showers or thunderstorms in the northern region and parts of the central region, with some areas possibly experiencing heavier rainfall; other regions may also have brief showers or thunderstorms, and the rainfall will slightly weaken after the front passes.

The temperature forecast for Wednesday to Thursday is 18 to 29 degrees in the north, 19 to 28 degrees in the central region, 21 to 30 degrees in the south, 18 to 26 degrees in the northeast, 20 to 26 degrees in Hualien, and 21 to 28 degrees in Taitung.
