Li Weifeng quickly rose to fame since his debut, thanks to several popular drama theme songs, but was blacklisted due to contract disputes and had to move to Beijing to develop his career. Looking back at his initial days in Beijing, he felt very lonely, and that period became the most challenging time in his acting career. He admitted that at that time he had nothing—no money, direction, or connections, and he was even filled with confusion about the future.

Recently, Li Weifeng released a new song titled "The Happiness Seesaw." In an interview, he mentioned that during his struggle in Beijing, he lost many opportunities because he refused to be subsidized and follow hidden rules. He shared two types of hidden rules he encountered, which involved requests for drinking companionship and financial contributions, lamenting that certain agreements were brought up only after filming, which left him feeling perplexed.

Additionally, Li Weifeng revealed that he encountered a scammer during an audition, where the person asked him to invest 2 million RMB. Although he almost fell for it at first, he ultimately discovered the individual was a fraud. Due to the impact of the pandemic, Li Weifeng returned to Taiwan and expressed that he does not intend to go back to Beijing, as most of those memories are unpleasant. He had faced bullying and humiliation from behind-the-scenes workers, which led him to decide to establish his own company, hoping to seize more opportunities.

Li Weifeng admitted that he feels regret about leaving Taiwan, as the past five years have left many blanks. As a former idol, the stark contrast from peak to trough has been quite painful for him, but this experience also prompted him to step out of his comfort zone and hone his skills. After returning to Taiwan, he continued to strive for resources, participating in heavy social engagements every week, which even resulted in a weight gain of 10 kilograms. He is grateful to the friends who support him and emphasized that he will work hard to get out of this low ebb.
