She stated during a live broadcast that her position as a one-day store manager for a video game, which she did without obtaining a work permit, led to the cancellation of her gold card. The immigration agency confirmed this and stated that she could reapply for entry if she meets the requirements. Another American YouTuber, 乐乐法利, was also banned from entry for similar reasons.

The South Korean live streamer Penguin Sister (柳允進) has been banned from entering Taiwan for three years due to illegal work in Taiwan in 2023. Penguin Sister revealed during a live broadcast that after obtaining a gold employment card in September last year, she served as a one-day store manager at a video game event, but her gold card was canceled because she did not apply for a work permit. The Immigration Department later responded that Penguin Sister was penalized by the Taipei City Government’s Labor Bureau for illegal work, and according to relevant regulations, she will not be able to enter Taiwan before 2028.

Penguin Sister originally planned to fly to Taiwan on the 5th but was told "entry is not permitted" upon arrival. Additionally, the American YouTuber Lele Fali, who is also subject to an entry ban, faces a similar situation. Despite having obtained a gold employment card and purchasing a return ticket, he was also banned from entering Taiwan due to illegal work and other reasons. The Immigration Department emphasized that Lele Fali's situation is similar to that of Penguin Sister, with both being unable to enter due to past illegal records.
