After dining, visitors can head to the nearby "Huazhen Gift Flagship Store" to purchase souvenirs made from locally sourced ingredients. Huazhen Food is known for its high quality and inherited production techniques, making it worth a try.

The third-generation owner of Hua Zhen Foods introduced us to their most famous "Formosa Hand-Baked Pancake," which hides an interesting story of friendship between Taiwan and Japan. The founder once worked at a flour mill and, together with his wife, sold shaobing and you tiao at a stall before focusing on running the breakfast shop, innovating continuously, exploring overseas, and participating in baking exhibitions to develop various snacks, even acquiring baking techniques from Japan.

The third-generation owner of Hua Zhen Foods is dedicated to promoting the cuisine and culture of Donggang. Hua Zhen insists on using local agricultural products from Taiwan and cooperates with local farmers, making it a well-known gift shop in Donggang. The founder not only received technical and equipment support but also had specialists from Japan come to Taiwan to teach production techniques. By utilizing ancient baking designs, they produced the only hand-baked pancake in Taiwan with a nut content exceeding 30%, with the rich textures of peanuts, sesame, and pumpkin seeds making it stand out in the market. The store also offers various Donggang exclusive products to choose from, making them great options for personal use or gifting.

The "Formosa Hand-Baked Pancake," inheriting Japanese confectionery craftsmanship, comes in various flavors such as peanut, pumpkin, and sesame. You can try a single pack or choose a boxed gift (NT$25/pack).

The "9-Piece Retro Bite Money Bag Pancake" specially uses a vintage "Taiwan LV bag" as a carrying bag, which can be kept as a souvenir after consumption (NT$360/set).
