Under high-pressure circumstances, the two successfully treated the injured and assisted in childbirth, and during a late-night moment alone under the starry sky, the emotional atmosphere became increasingly ambiguous, raising viewers' expectations for the future development of the "Fan Wan CP". However, Zhang Junyi mentioned the hardships of filming this scene, stating, "The biggest challenge was the difficult shooting environment, especially since there was no restroom; everyone had to hold their urine, making the filming very arduous."

In the drama, Zhang Junyi and Lian Bingfa enter a remote worker's dormitory to save a migrant worker who fractured his bones while transporting wood, but at the same time, they encounter a pregnant migrant worker whose water has broken. Zhang Junyi urgently takes on the role of midwife to assist in the delivery but discovers that the newborn does not cry after birth, leaving both mother and baby on the brink of life and death, which makes her extremely anxious. On the other hand, Huang Dawei plays the role of "Zuo Jiaqun," a medical equipment agent in the drama, who is dedicated to helping missing migrant workers gain access to medical services and tries to recruit Lian Bingfa as a partner. However, Huang Dawei's character hides many unspeakable secrets related to illegal transactions and human trafficking, putting Lian Bingfa back in danger. Huang Dawei stated, "I spent a lot of time thinking about this character; his actions exist in many gray areas." He hopes to convey the complexity of the character through his performance.

《The Outlaw Doctor》 explores the intertwined fates of two unfamiliar characters due to a secret surgery in a dimly lit morgue. Doctor Zheng Wanping focuses on treating sick children but neglects his own child, while Vietnamese doctor Fan Wenning practices illegally due to the enormous medical bills for his mother. This series, set against real social issues, deeply discusses the struggles and hardships of humanity in the underground society, crafted by multiple Golden Bell Award winners as producers and directors, prompting deep reflection from the audience.

Additionally, the series will air every Saturday at 9 PM starting March 8 on Public Television, Public TV+, and ChungHwa Telecom MOD, Hami Video, with two episodes each broadcast.
