In this pilgrimage event, the New Port Township in Chiayi County also specially provided campus spaces for devotees to rest. New Port Junior High School, New Port Elementary School, and Wenchang Elementary School announced a two-day suspension of classes in order to welcome this grand event, coinciding with the four-day Qingming Festival holiday, making these three schools the only ones in Taiwan to enjoy a six-day holiday.
