Zhang Yi-shan urged members who once belonged to the Kuomintang's Huang Fu-hsing party department to stand up and sign the petitions, emphasizing that only by recalling Fu Kuan-chi and Xu Qiao-xin can Huang Kuo-chang's influence in the Legislative Yuan be diminished, thus bringing the true spirit of the Kuomintang back to the forefront.
