An 80-year-old woman was suspected to be trapped inside, but after being rescued by firefighters, she managed to escape. Although she suffered from smoke inhalation and burns, she was sent to the hospital for treatment. Her 60-year-old son was also sent to the hospital for observation due to smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. The fire department received the report at 8:13 PM and quickly dispatched multiple teams to the scene, where heavy smoke was present, and the woman was successfully rescued.

Fortunately, thanks to the prompt rescue by firefighters, she was successfully freed, but due to smoke inhalation and burns, she was sent to the hospital for treatment. Her son, who is nearly 60 years old, was also sent to the hospital for observation due to smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire is still under further investigation.

The Tainan City Fire Department received a report at 8:13 PM, indicating that a bungalow on Zhongshan Road in Guanmiao District was on fire. It was initially understood that an elderly woman was trapped inside, so six teams from Guanmiao and Rende were immediately dispatched to the scene. When the firefighters arrived, a large amount of thick smoke was already billowing from the site. Although there were no obvious flames, the rescue team quickly entered the house to rescue the woman.

After a preliminary examination, the woman's consciousness remained clear, but she sustained second-degree burns of about 2 to 3% on her lower back due to smoke inhalation; her son, feeling respiratory discomfort, was also sent to the hospital for treatment by ambulance.
