In the rocky area below Wanyu Valley in Keelung, fishing enthusiasts were startled to discover a decomposed body and immediately reported it to the police. The police and rescue personnel carried the body back to the shore, and initial assessments suggested it had been dead for some time, possibly related to exposure to seawater. The body belonged to a 56-year-old male, who was fully clothed, and the cause of death is yet to be confirmed pending autopsy results.

• On the last day of the long holiday, while fishing in the rocky area of Wangyou Valley in Keelung, a member of the public unexpectedly discovered a corpse and immediately reported it to the police in panic. After receiving the report, the police and firefighters quickly rushed to the scene, where they found the body was severely decomposed and infested with maggots, indicating that death had occurred some time ago. The police immediately reported to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

• Rescue personnel climbed the rocky area on foot and confirmed the presence of a male corpse. Due to contact with seawater, the degree of decomposition of the body was quite severe, so it was urgently covered with a white cloth and carefully lifted out.

• Members of the Zhongzheng squad stated that the body was already infested with maggots. Working with the police and coast guard, they moved the corpse to shore, and the subsequent handling was left to the police. It was understood that the deceased was approximately 56 years old, fully clothed, and had swollen limbs. The police have contacted the deceased's family to assist with the arrangements for the aftermath.
