The staff only replaced the plate of dumplings, but did not change the soy sauce, even stating that "it is inevitable to have cockroaches," which allowed subsequent customers to continue using it.

Although the health bureau did not find any traces of cockroaches during the inspection, they have collected soy sauce samples for testing. When questioned by the media, other employees in the store suggested that it might have been a case of a customer lifting the soy sauce lid and not putting it back on, allowing "moths" to fly into the soy sauce, stressing that it was not a cockroach, and stated that the store immediately replaced the entire pot of soy sauce after the customer's complaint.

Moreover, the health bureau also discovered that the food in the store’s freezer was uncovered and that the freezing temperature was insufficient; the sauce containers were dirty, and the sauces and cooked ingredients were not properly covered. Employees also lacked health examination records. Despite the vendor claiming they regularly commission qualified pest control operations, they could not provide disinfection records. The health bureau has demanded that the vendor improve by a set deadline, or they will face fines ranging from 60,000 to 200 million NTD according to the Food Safety and Sanitation Management Act.

At the same time, the health bureau found that the store's product liability insurance documentation had expired. If they fail to legally insure product liability, fines ranging from 30,000 to 3 million NTD will be imposed according to the Food Safety and Sanitation Management Act.
