The two-bedroom properties in Kaohsiung City have been highly sought after by young people in recent years. According to the latest transaction registration data, the trading volume of two-bedroom used homes in the Zuoying District ranked first in the city for 2024, while the Sanmin District and Nanzih District ranked second and third, respectively. Experts analyze that in addition to the relatively affordable prices of two-bedroom homes, the convenient local transportation and the presence of TSMC are also significant factors driving the trading volume.

The unique three-rail transportation system in Zuoying District, along with the superior geographical location of Sanmin District and the support of TSMC in Nanzih District, has made the trading volume in these areas very active. According to the statistics from the actual price registration, the transaction volume of two-bedroom used homes in Kaohsiung for 2024 is as follows: Zuoying 585 cases, Sanmin 558 cases, and Nanzih 539 cases, all surpassing 500 transactions.
