Japan and Vietnam also plan to send personnel and supplies to the disaster area to assist in rescue efforts.

In the days following the earthquake, the area was still filled with chaos and grief, with many citizens seeking safe refuge in makeshift shelters, while some injured residents were urgently evacuated to safer areas. The arrival of aid teams from various countries brought a glimmer of hope to the disaster zone, but the road to recovery will require a long time and substantial resources.
