South Korean streamer "Penguin Girl" Yoo Yoon-jin has been banned from entering Taiwan for three years due to her previous role as a brand's one-day store manager, resulting in the cancellation of her employment gold card originally set for this year. She revealed this news during a live stream and expressed feelings of helplessness and regret. The agency confirmed that due to improper handling of work permits, she can currently only consider online activities.

The entertainment center reports that South Korean livestreamer "Penguin Sister" Yoo Yoon-jin once conducted a "walking around the island" livestream in Taiwan, which generated enthusiastic responses, with many people coming to accompany her on her walks. Last May, she returned to Taiwan to bike around the island again and donated all the sponsorship funds she received along the way for post-disaster reconstruction in Hualien. Her unpretentious personality has endeared her to many fans in Taiwan. However, it is reported that after obtaining the employment gold card in September last year, she unexpectedly discovered a three-year entry restriction when planning to work in Taiwan, revealing the reason behind it.

Penguin Sister originally planned to develop her career in Taiwan, but learned just before her departure that she was banned from entering until 2028. In a recent livestream, she expressed her surprise at this news with the title "WTF BANNED FROM TAIWAN?"

It is understood that during her previous round-the-island activities, she served as a brand’s temporary store manager, and her agent failed to properly handle the related work permits, resulting in her being restricted, and her employment gold card was thus revoked. Penguin Sister’s agency expressed their helplessness and regret over the matter, as the issue with the work permit application occurred before the contract was signed, and now she can only maintain her work through online activities.
