She added another birdie on the fifth hole but managed just one more birdie until the fifteenth hole, finishing with a score of 70, which included one bogey, for a total of 275 strokes, 13 under par, tying for first place. 全美貞 scored consecutive birdies on the third and fourth holes, and after the turn, she made two more birdies on the fifteenth and seventeenth holes, concluding the round with a bogey-free score of 68, also tied for first place with a total of 275 strokes, 13 under par. The two then returned to the eighteenth hole for a playoff.

Regarding the last hole of regulation play, 穴井詩 said: "I thought 全美貞 would make a birdie, so I was surprised when she only made par. As a fellow competitor, I fully understood her feelings, which led us to the playoff. I told myself to seize this opportunity." Reflecting on her championship win in the playoff at Katsuragi two years ago, 穴井詩 remarked: "That memory is very clear, so when I was 64 yards from the hole, I didn't think too much and chose to attack." She used a 58-degree wedge, leaving a distance of one meter to the hole, and ultimately made an easy putt for the birdie, securing the victory.

On the final day of the competition, the average age of the leading group was 39.3 years, and the three players experienced a sense of long-lost tension. 穴井詩 shared: "I really enjoyed this slightly tense but comfortable atmosphere; we chatted casually during the tournament, discussing many topics surrounding the course."

The player from Okayama, 小林光希, made four birdies but also had one bogey, finishing with a score of 69. 藤田幸希 made four birdies and two bogeys, finishing the weekend rounds with another 70. Ultimately, they tied for third place with a total score of 276 strokes, 12 under par. 菅楓華 and 桑木志帆 also showed excellent performance today, both finishing with a score of 68, four strokes under par, and a total of 277 strokes, 11 under par, tying for fifth place. Defending champion from Hokkaido, 小祝櫻, submitted scores of 70, two under par, for all three days, finishing with a total score of 282 strokes, six under par, tying for twelfth place. Taiwan's player, 蔡佩穎, shot a score of 76 today, finishing with a total score of 291 strokes, three over par, tying for forty-ninth place, while 吳佳晏 achieved a score of 75, with a total score of 296 strokes, placing alone in sixty-fourth.
