穴井詩 stated, "I didn't encounter too many troubles today. I understand it's going to rain tomorrow, so I hope to make as many birdies as possible today." Having won at Katsuragi two years ago and earning her fifth win on the Japan Tour at the end of April, she mentioned, "Over the years, I've grown to like this course more and more. The long par five holes are reachable in two shots, providing many opportunities for birdies. I will prepare like today and aim to attack."

The local star 藤田幸希, who started the day leading, made three birdies and finished with a bogey for a score of seventy, totaling two hundred and six, ten under par, placing her alone in second. She commented, "The weather today was very calm. Tomorrow I will be playing with 全美貞 and 穴井詩 in the final group. I was surprised to see this pairing; it's an excellent combination. The three of us are good friends, and I'm looking forward to it."

Japanese player 木村彩子 shot sixty-nine, 岡山 player 小林光希 scored seventy, and South Korean player 全美貞 recorded a score of sixty-eight, four under par, as all three finished tied for third with a total score of two hundred and seven, nine under par. 安田祐香 shot sixty-nine for a score of three under par, with a total of two hundred and eight, standing alone in sixth place. Aichi Prefecture player 入谷響 made five birdies and one bogey, finishing with a score of sixty-eight, while 菅楓華, 桑木志帆, and 渡邉彩香 all shot sixty-nine, forming a four-way tie at seven under par for seventh place.

Defending champion 北海道 player 小祝櫻 scored seventy for two consecutive days, with a total score of four under par, ranking seventeenth. The Taiwanese duo 蔡佩穎 scored seventy, two under par, to finish with a total score of one under par, tying for thirty-seventh. 吳佳晏 scored seventy-six, ranking her sixty-third alone.
