"Golf" embarks on a journey to Miami, as LIV prepares for its U.S. tour with twelve top players gearing up for the Celebrity Tournament.

讀後心得
The LIV Golf League in the Asia-Pacific region will kick off in 2025, followed by a celebrity tournament at Trump National Doral in the United States, featuring twelve star players. Among them, the Chilean star Joaquin Niemann is drawing attention, as he had an outstanding performance in LIV Golf events last year and successfully secured a wildcard for Augusta National Golf Club. This year, he has won multiple tournaments and is looking to achieve good results at Augusta. Spanish star Sergio Garcia has also performed excellently in LIV tournaments, recently leading his team to consecutive team championships. Other notable players, including Jon Rahm and Dustin Johnson, will also participate.

The LIV League in 2025 will kick off its Asia-Pacific series in four regions: Riyadh, Adelaide, Hong Kong, and Singapore, followed by the upcoming U.S. tournament scheduled for this week, starting at the famous Trump National Doral's Blue Monster course. This LIV Golf Miami will feature twelve LIV stars preparing to compete.

Pre-tournament attention is clearly focused on the "Chilean Kid," Joaquin Niemann. At this time last year, he triumphed at LIV Golf Mayakoba and LIV Golf Jeddah, and this year he has already claimed individual titles at the Adelaide and Singapore legs of the first season, showcasing the keen insight of Augusta National Golf Club in awarding him a wildcard for two consecutive years.

The twenty-six-year-old Niemann secured his second PGA Tour victory at The Genesis Invitational in early 2022. In June of the same year, he decided to join the LIV league, almost clinching the year-end championship but ultimately losing to a Spanish veteran. Although still affected by the PGA Tour's suspension, Niemann has participated in eight and ten non-LIV events in the past two years, respectively, winning the ISPS Handa Australian Open and PIF Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers, which has kept his current world ranking at eighty-fourth.

Next week's tournament will be Niemann's sixth appearance at Augusta, where he has successfully advanced for four consecutive years, with his best finish being tied for tenth in 2023. To date, he has participated in twenty-two majors but has yet to achieve a top-ten finish, although he is looking to challenge for four majors this year.

Sergio Garcia has become a highlight of the LIV League in recent years. The forty-five-year-old Spanish veteran has narrowly missed out in three playoffs but returned to his hometown last July to sweep both individual and team championships at LIV Golf Andalucia, ending the year with a personal ranking of third. Last month, he also captured two titles at the Hong Kong leg.

Notably, the Fireballs GC team led by Garcia has consecutively won the team championships in Adelaide, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and this week they will aim for a fourth straight victory. Garcia himself is eligible to return to Augusta each year due to his green jacket win in 2017.

Other past champions set to participate in the Masters include several well-known players. Cameron Smith, Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka, and Tyrrell Hatton have all secured their spots through various means.
