The rice for the stewed pork rice is perfectly cooked, and the fatty meat is sweet without being greasy. The sesame noodle dish is rich and aromatic, while the white tofu soup is light and refreshing. The bitter melon soup is recommended for those who enjoy bitter melon, and the pig's ears provide a satisfying chewiness that leaves a lasting impression. This is also a great place to relax and enjoy a beautiful afternoon.

Braised pork rice (large) comes with pickled cabbage and cucumber. Although we weren't sure if we could choose the type of meat, we didn't ask as we saw the crowd continuously growing. A special reminder: be sure to pick up the toothpicks first! The rice is distinct and fluffy, the lean meat has a Q-bouncy texture and is tender, while the fatty meat is sweet without being greasy, which may not be suitable for those who don't favor fatty meat.

Sesame noodles (small) are rich in sesame sauce and braised meat flavor, with the noodles primarily being plain noodles, and their slightly thicker texture adds to the overall experience.

The white tofu soup presents a light and sweet flavor, infused with the aroma of crispy shallots.

Bitter melon soup is sweet and rich, exuding the aroma of bitter melon, and is highly recommended for friends who love bitter melon.

The garlic oil paste on the pig ears, combined with the smoky flavor of the meat, makes it irresistible, and the whole plate was quickly devoured.
