It offers a variety of options such as braised pork rice, minced pork rice, noodles, and side dishes. The signature braised pork rice has distinct grains of rice, with lean meat that is tender and fatty meat that is not greasy. The sesame sauce noodles are fragrant, while the white tofu soup is light and sweet. The bitter melon soup is rich and sweet, and the pig ears have a unique texture and are quite popular. While enjoying the delicious food, there is also a warm dining environment, making it an ideal place to spend a lovely afternoon.

Starting from the Nantou Service Area on National Highway No. 3 or the Mingjian Parent-Child Ecological Park, it takes about a ten-minute drive to reach this popular local brunch spot. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious options, including braised pork rice, minced pork rice, noodles, soups, and side dishes.

The braised pork rice (large) comes with pickled cabbage and cucumber, although the choice of meat is unclear; as the crowd gradually increased, we did not inquire further. A special reminder here: be sure to grab a toothpick first! The rice is distinct, the lean meat is chewy yet tender, and the fatty meat is also chewy but not greasy; those who enjoy fatty meat might love this dish even more.

The sesame noodles (small) are drizzled with rich sesame sauce, carrying a distinct braised pork aroma, and the noodles consist of light spring noodles with a slight texture of thick noodles.

The white tofu soup is light in flavor yet full of sweetness, with a fragrant touch of fried shallots.

The bitter melon soup, on the other hand, is sweet and rich, allowing you to savor the aroma of bitter melon in every bite, making it perfect for those who love bitter melon.

The garlic oil paste of the pig ears combines the aroma of smoked meat, with a crispy texture that makes it hard to resist popping one after another, and the whole plate is quickly devoured.
