The cultural and artistic event brand of the north of Tainan—Xinying Art Season has entered its 13th year, with activities running from March 29 to June 14. The opening events will take place on the 29th and 30th at the Green River Corridor next to the Xinying Cultural Center, featuring a total of 12 rich activities. The mayor encourages the public to actively participate.

The acting director of the Cultural Bureau pointed out that the Xinying Art Season, as a representative art festival for the northern Tainan area, has this year's theme of "Water Water Trio," and continues to spread the artistic energy of Xinying. On the 29th and 30th, the Ruan Theater Troupe will kick off its "Youth Workshop" at the Cultural Innovation Community; the afternoon at the Green River Corridor will have the Water Market, walking tours, story tricycle rides, and selected dance performances, making it suitable for families to stroll together.

Additionally, the curatorial team has specially planned a series of events titled "Water Music Dance." At 3:50 PM on the 29th, the "Nanying Chamber Orchestra" will perform, inviting Tainan musicians who performed at the presidential inauguration banquet in 2024 to bring wonderful performances to Xinying. To meet the expectations of teenagers, the Generation Z band "Gongguan Youth," established in 2022, will also showcase their vitality at 2 PM on the 30th at the Green River Corridor, delivering exciting performances with pop and rock tunes.
