The Tainan Indigenous Affairs Commission pointed out that in terms of gold medals, the athletics athletes excelled individually, winning gold in the men's shot put and discus throw; in the youth girls' category, Ma Jiale won gold in the discus event, and Wu Jiekai dominated the javelin in the youth boys' category. In weightlifting, Fang Guaning from the women's open group and Zhuang Jiayin in the youth girls' 64 kg category each won gold medals; in traditional archery, the elder women's team event was won by Li Xiuying, Lin Yingzhu, and Ruan Meiyue, adding another gold for the Tainan team.
Regarding silver medals, weightlifter Ba Yuhan from the women's open category and Ke Youzhu from the 73 kg youth men's category each won silver. In the net casting event, female athletes from the open women’s group successfully reached the podium.
