Andy emphasized that names do not fall under the protection of the Personal Data Protection Act, and Jia-Ning had previously filmed videos stating she had never seen the company's books. Subsequently, the police referred the case to the New Taipei District Prosecutor's Office for investigation.

When asked by reporters, "Is there anything you want to say, are you feeling okay?" Andy appeared casually dressed in a white hoodie. In response to Jia-Ning's mother’s accusations, he said: "I haven't seen the books yet; regarding the tax evasion issue, I need to consult our lawyer.
