The 27th Taipei Film Festival held its awards ceremony at the Zhongshan Hall in Taipei, where Thai actor Tony Leung and actress Kao Yi-Ling were awarded the prestigious titles of Best Actor and Best Actress, stealing the spotlight of the event. This year’s ceremony was hosted by the recently pregnant Liu Pin-Yan, adding an air of anticipation to the festivities. Korean actor Cho Jin-woong graced the night as a special guest presenter.

• Best Supporting Actor: "The Regularization Record", awarded to Li Kangsheng
• Best Cinematography: "The White Dog", winner Mikael Capron
• Best Visual Effects: "The Genius of Dialogue", awarded to Guo Xiangcong and Qiu Junyi
• Outstanding Technical Award: "The Genius of Dialogue", Action Director Huang Taiwei
• Best Supporting Actress: "The Little Swans and Wu Aili", awarded to Yang Guimei
• Excellence Contribution Award: Senior film critic Zhang Changyan
• Best Screenplay: "The Little Swans and Wu Aili", awarded to Lin Shuyu
• Best Director: "The Genius of Dialogue", awarded to Xu Hanqiang
• Best Actress: "My Family's Affairs", awarded to Kao Yi-Ling
